Looking for partners for the USA-Offshore Outsourcing Network

Our team is pleased to announce a new initiative called the Offshore Outsourcing Partner (OOP) Network. We invite you to join this Network.

The OOP Network makes up Two-Shore Outsourcing Service Providers and Offshore Outsourcing Service Providers. A member of each the provider group has a special agreement with the iTech Bridge Offshore Outsourcing Consulting & Placement (OOCP) Agency. Upon the agreement, the member gives the OOCP Agency some proven information about its background and experience (references, etc.) and takes on themselves a few additional obligations.

The Two-Shore Outsourcing Service Provider is an advanced high tech company that has at least two offices: one of them – in a Western country (inshore office), the other one – in a country with relatively low cost workforce (offshore office). The main goal of a front-end inshore office is to communicate with outsourced project/work owners and to manage their projects/work implementation. The main goal of an offshore office is to execute these projects/work. While the both offices are doing their job, they work in close cooperation. The inshore office reports to a client on the progress of project/work implementation.

The Offshore Outsourcing Service Provider is an advanced high tech company that has only offshore office. However, upon an additional clause of the agreement, it can entrust inshore office’s functions with the OOCP Agency. In this case, the provider has to find a resident of the USA originally from the provider’s country for moderating projects that outsource to the provider. During a time of an outsourced project/work implementation, the moderator will contract (maybe, as a telecommuter) with the OOCP Agency. Thus the OOCP Agency becomes a virtual Two-Shore Outsourcing Service Provider with a back-end offshore office based on the the OOP Network member’s company.

Currently, the iTech Bridge database consists of more than 500 providers all over the world. Among them almost 100 providers are pre-qualified to join the OOP Network. These providers have various specialties in a lot of high tech domains. The list includes about 50 experienced providers from many American states that have offshore offices (development and testing centers) in India, Russian, Ukraine as well as other Eastern European and Asian countries.

Base on the Network members’ profile, the OOCP Agency in cooperation with prominent USA placement agencies will look for outsourcing projects from the US companies and will offer to them suitable the OOP Network members that can implement their projects/work.

We are looking forward to our mutually beneficial partnership on the Offshore Outsourcing Partner Network.

Sincerely,
Anatoliy Milner,
iTech Bridge President and Project Leader
